Delivery Terms

  • Delivery service is only available at addresses located in (i) Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Delivery is available on Monday to Friday (9:00am to 7:00pm), except public holidays.
  • If the rare occasion that the goods cannot be delivered to the designated address due to reasons including but not limited to: designated address being situated in non-deliverable zone, lack of road access, error in delivery addresses... etc. We will notify you and will be happy to work out a solution for you.
  • Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlying islands, warehouses and premises which are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through balcony or other means.
  • An additional fee will be charged if the premise has no elevators or if the goods have to be carried over uneven terrain. Such charges shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
  • If for security reason or any other unexpected logistical difficulties, where our courier could not deliver the goods to your specified order address along with your receipt confirmation, we may have to arrange for you to pick up the said goods in one of our stores or pickup points instead of deliveries.
  • After your order has been accepted, a notification with delivery time and date regarding will be sent to you. Delivery lead time shall commence after payment has been received. Please make sure the delivered items are as specified in the invoice/delivery note, the delivery personnel may also provide a delivery note for you.
  • All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. While we make substantial efforts to meet the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late deliveries. If difficulties arises regarding the deliveries (by reason of transportation difficulties, unforeseen circumstances or otherwise), We will make considerable effort to deliver the items within a reasonable period after the original delivery date.
  • In the event that the consumer is not present to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, an additional administration fee for the rescheduling of new delivery time/date will be charged to the consumer before the re-delivering the product/s at the new nominated delivery time/date.
  • With regards to any request for changes in delivery time, date and/or place, delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item, such requests must be made in writing, no less than 3 Business Days in advance. With the exception of Made/Ship to Order items, where such notices must be made 20 Business Days beforehand. Our business hours are between 10:00am to 7:00pm. (Sunday and public holiday excluded)
  • Please note that in the event that installation is required for any item, such installation fee is not included in the delivery fee and will be charged separately.
  • Waiver of damages when moving products. There is inherent risk in any movement of the products. There is risk of damage to the areas surrounding its installation, including but not limited to flooring, cabinetry and counter tops. The mover or the company cannot be held liable for any such damages that may occur in connection with this movement.
  • In the case of any disputes, while myArtwill will try our best to provide the best experience for our customers, but we reserve the right to final decisions.
